ATM / Frame Relay Network

ATM has been designed from the beginning to accommodate the simultaneous transmission of data, voice and video. With an increasing demand for data, voice and video, ATM network is playing an important role in the information age, especially in the multimedia broadband integrated digital network.

ATM is a standard technology for public and private core network services. We provide ATM network with the greatest flexibility, highest stability and easiest management.

Frame Relay is a connection-orientated packet switching service. It allows much higher data throughput and is designed to interconnect low-to-medium speed LANs over long distances. Frame Relay was originally designed to be used for speeds up to T1/E1 speeds but has recently been demonstrated to be practical for speeds up to 50 Mbps.

Our company has been involving in many ATM/Frame Relay projects with Lucent and Nortel as our vendors. In China, we have successfully built up the ATM network using Nortel's products for the China Telecom Corporation (CTC) in the JiangSu province. In Hong Kong, we had successfully built up a frame relay network as ihe core data network among different government departments.
